The Eastern Bluebird

I have a few favorite birds found in the wild. The Eastern Bluebird is special to me.
I think bluebirds are special, probably because they are rarely seen. When you see one
it is UNMISTAKABLE and gives you a thrill. The other reason is because it may remind you
sitting in the old movie house watching Uncle Remus ( James Baskett) sing "Zippity - Doo-Dah".

My Oh My! What A Wonderful Day!
The Song of the South - written by: Joel Chandler Harris of Eatonton, Ga
(He and my maternal gr grandmother {Annie Bell Bowden} were classmates in Putnam Co. Ga).

I remember seeing it at the Buford theater and again at The FOX in Atlanta.

What is so special to me about them is the AMAZING color of blue they have. It's like a miracle or something.
